He explores generative systems, feedback processing, and modulation-driven workflows to create evolving percussion, bass, and atmospheres, alongside techniques like resampling, granular synthesis, and preset hybridisation. The approach is non-linear and systems-based, where textures and groove emerge from controlled randomness and complex signal chains rather than traditional sequencing or arrangement.

Matteo is an Italian sound designer, producer, and composer based in London. His work spans techno, ambient, and experimental sound design, with collaborations including FKA twigs (Eusexua, The Eleven) and fashion projects with Nick Knight and Soma Faitanin.
